Booked two suites. Both absolutely fabulous ! Location is 5 star, on the main square. 2 tours booked and both pick ups were within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Great breakfast included and everything you could ask for plus cooked breakfast items cooked to order. You can sit outside too, weather permitting. Glass of Prosecco on arrival and a bottle in both rooms. Mini bars (one beside each bed) in the room stocked with free non-alcoholic drinks and water, so no need to rush out and buy and free toiletries. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room too and fruit on arrival. What is there not to like ! We all had a fantastic 3 night stay and would highly recommend and will return. Room cleaned every day. Keep up the great standards !

Stopped here previously, and it again it hasn’t disappointed, lovely location, hotel is beautiful inside and out, the breakfast covers all in different tastes, a free drinks fridge, complimentary wine and presseco , the staff are very helpful and nothing is to much trouble , would I stay here again- definitely wil be back perfect for a stay cation

Great hotel with room looking right out on main square. Decor was a little bohemian (black/silver, with bath in bedroom itself) but added to charm. Breakfast had plenty of variety typical of continental style with additional hot items on request. Weather was good while we were there so could eat breakfast in the main square and watch the world go by. I guess if you’re sensitive to noise at night then a room on the square may not be ideal as the city is lively till the early hours, but we loved the city noise and bustle and just sat in the (open) window before turning in with a glass or two of wine and soaked up the atmosphere of this beautiful city. Thought it was pretty good value and would happily go back.

Amazing location, right on the main square. Close to everything, plenty of bars and restaurants.
Had a beautiful room with view of the square. Bottle of prosecco on arrival – very nice touch.
Really appreciated soft drinks mini bar.
Reception staff very kind and helpful. Not a single issue throughout the stay – highly recommend Betmanowska!
