I I had a wonderful stay at Betmanowska Residence during my trip to Kraków. The location is absolutely fantastic — right in the heart of the Old Town and overlooking the beautiful Main Square, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot.

I was celebrating my birthday during my stay, and the hotel very kindly upgraded my room, which was such a lovely surprise and made my trip even more special. I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I especially loved being able to step outside and immediately be in the middle of Kraków’s beautiful Old Town atmosphere.

Overall, I had a lovely experience at Betmanowska Residence and would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a central and convenient location. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Kraków.
