Couldn’t of been more helpful in organising trips. Bottle of prosecco in ice bucket and two large apples in room on arrival. The day before leaving a bottle of red wine all complementary. Breakfast was very good plenty of choice both got and cold. Amazing position can’t talk highly enough of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, centrally situated in Main Square, Junior Suite was amazing with Double Jacuzzi, Sauna, lounge area and close to local amenities in Krakow. Good variety of hot & cold food at breakfast and complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival and bottle of wine night before departure. Able to organise transfers to and from airport with ease & convenience.

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and words cannot convey adequately how fabulous everything was. From arrival on day 1 when the reception checked in our bags early so we could explore, to the final ride to the airport in a luxury Rolls Royce it was superb. I felt we paid a very reasonable rate for the room. The room was spacious and luxury. The tub amazing and the welcome prosecco a lovely touch. The view of the square was beautiful day and night. Glazing is good so we were not disturbed by the night time festivities on the square. Breakfast was substantial, tasty and plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wow! What an incredible hotel! Mirrored walls, in-room sauna and jacuzzi? I mean… woah. But also amazing. We made sure we used the sauna at least twice daily! Views over the old-town square which was amazing (and good sound-insulation too), and an incredible breakfast buffet with a lot of local food, great quality, seating indoors or out on the square (so nice) and breakfast vodkas… of-course! To top it all off, the Rolls-Royce transfer to the airport was just the perfect finishing touch!
