From the room itself, with a jacuzzi bath, prosecco on arrival, a bottle of wine on our last night, the breakfast, the staff, the view and a surprise with our transfer back to the airport. Everything was perfect.
No down side at all.
We can’t wait to come back and have no hesitation in staying here again!

The location is perfect, in the centre of Krakow and with a perfect view of the square. Really beautiful rooms and lovely little complimentary extras

Had a lovely 6 day stay at this very comfortable chic hotel, lovely helpful reception staff, clean comfy rooms, lovely choice buffet breakfast, great central location and restaurant great food good value for money. Amazing Krakow, nothing was too much trouble to help us re information tours etc.
