A wonderful hotel. Very professional and friendly staff. We were leaving for a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenhau at 7.00am, so no breakfast. They made us up an amazing breakfast to take with us! Bottle of prosecco in the room. Free mini bar. Nespresso coffee machine. Fantasti breakfast buffet too. Excellent. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Great location right on the main square. Lovely room, done out with a nice decor. Staff were always very helpful.

We loved our stay at Betmanowska and would recommend to adults visiting Krakow. It was right in the square with tons of restaurants. The hotel staff and accommodations made us feel so special.

A great hotel with lovely rooms and amazing service!
We had a room with a view of the main square, which was just great.
If you make a booking here, definently get the reservations with breakfast included. The breakfast can be eaten right by the main square with a great view, and they make the hot food to order!
Everything is within walking distance. Ranging from cheap food to Michelin starred restaurants, museums to shopping and everything in between
