On first impressions a beautiful hotel in a pitch perfect location. Quickly followed by an equally impressive internal appearance. This is an amazing hotel, with really lovely staff. We had the two bedroom suite with a fantastic view onto the main square. Bottle of wine on arrival and on leaving was a very nice touch. The room was excellent and contained all you could need for your trip and a sauna and jacuzzi if so required. Would definitely recommend. 5* +

Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Plenty choice and staff would cook hot food if required, eg. Omelette, scrambled egg, fried egg, sausage, beans, pancakes. Staff were very friendly. Our room was a good size with a jacuzzi. Great view of the main square. Water, soft drinks, coffee and Prosecco were in the room free of charge. The hotel was immaculate.

Right on the old Main Square, staff were very helpful, wonderful breakfast included and many nearby dining options.

Great location right on Rynek Glowny. Pick up from the airport organised by the hotel, Viktor was a great source of information. Bags dropped and checked in although the room couldn’t be accessed until 15:00.
Large room with jacuzzi bath and separate toilet and shower. Complementary prosecco on arrival and bottle of wine the night before departure. Room cleaned daily and plenty of shower gel etc.
Good buffet breakfast and hot food cooked to order. Friendly and efficient staff.
You get what you pay for and Hotel Betmanowska is well worth the money.
