First of all this hotel is amazing, located overlooking the main square, the room and facilities were fab. Spotless rooms, Prosecco and fruit in room when we arrived.
I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at this hotel who looked after myself
And my partner during a scary time in Poland. Lockdown was implemented whilst we were there. This hotel and its staff kept us reassured throughout the whole time whilst we heard of other hotels escorting people out with nowhere to go. We were taken to another of their hotels which was also fantastic, spotless and same friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. The manager/ owner was there when we arrived and was so empathetic to us and even offered to take us to Germany for a flight home should we become stuck. Reception staff, drivers, waiter/waitresses all second to none, couldn’t ask for more.
Thank You again, we will be back

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel in a junior suite and were not disappointed. The room was very spacious, great walk in shower but fabulous jacuzzi bath for 2 which was great on the cold nights. View of the square was magical at night with the horse and carriages and the lights of all the cafes lit up. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good , we ate in the hotel restaurant which was excellent. The pub next door we frequented nightly . Kraków it self impressed us , very pretty and friendly people. All prices very reasonable. We visited the concentration camps which were harrowing but very informative, I would definitely recommend to go as it’s part of our history. We visited the salt mines all in one day. A long but excellent day . We will definitely be visiting Kraków again and would stay at the hotel. We used the hotel for transfers, the rollls which is a wonderful treat

Staff were extremely friendly, the beds were so comfy, the room was impressive, modern and luxurious and the view over the square was amazing. The spa bath was an excellent feature, definitely recommend upgrading your room for this. This is my second trip to Poland, first was Wroclaw and this time Krakow, I can't wait to visit more of this beautiful country. I've never known a cities to feel so clean, the architecture and the buildings are beautiful and there is so much to see. Lots of mini museums and spas and plenty of restaurants. It was 89 zlotys for a taxi from the airport to our hotel and was a 20 min journey. The restaurants owned by Betmanowska were amazing, the food was great. There were so many hidden bars and little cafes. We wished we could have stayed another couple of days.

Everything. Our room was stunning, with a hot tub in it. The view onto the square was unbelievable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. The hotel made various bookings for us, the Rolls Royce from the airport, the salt mines and auschwitz. These bookings went according to plan, with no problems.

Friendly welcoming when we arrived along with a glass of Prosecco. Room was very nice and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. There was a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates & fresh fruit in the room along with a well stocked mini bar. The hotel is perfectly located on the main square with many restaurants & bars and within easy walking distance of many attractions. We would most definitely stay here again if we were to return to Krakow.
