A very nice hotel, the service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The location could not be better. We upgraded to a suite with view over the Old Town Square, it was well worth it in my opinion, but if you are sensitive to noise and not worried about a view maybe consider a room facing the rear, personally I loved the suite with spa bath. We also made use of the hotels Rolls Royce transfer service, a lovely touch at a very modest price. This summed up our entire experience of Krakow; the whole trip and experience was extremely special and all at very affordable prices, even dining out in Michelin accredited restaurants was value for money. All the hotel staff were excellent too, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. A fantastic city break which really made my 50th birthday celebration trip feel special.

Staff were so friendly and did everything they could to make our stay the best experience we could imagine. The hotel was mesmerising! The food was so nice too!! We definitely want to go again and will be recommending anyone who wants to go to Krakow to go to this hotel, it’s definitely a 5 star!!!!

An amazing stay. The hotel was beautiful, lovely and clean. The staff were so lovely and the touches to the room were perfect. The location was amazing, right in the square. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We truelly liked our stay here.
Nice, but small room (at least ours nr. 105), with quality in the renovation of this old house at Main Square.
Rain- massage shower fior example.
Easy to reach from Airport via bus 300, then Tram 20 to Teater B.
Breakfast includs cold on buffét and warm to your own order of eggs, saussage/bacon, vegetables etc. It is a good breakfast including sekt and shot if you want! You can east breakfast at table outside Enjoying thr Square.
Last breakfast we asked for a preprepared bag to bring bcs we left very early. This bag was 2 Sandwish, a small chocolate a apple and a bottle of water (we was not so impressed of this).
However the sekt and wine they give in your room is a nice gesture – appreciated.
All in minibar is included, however there are „only” softdrinks, but anyway nice to have the service (refilled daily).
Would, absolutley, stay here again!!
