This hotel blew us all away! My sisters and I go away together when we can, and decided upon Krakow for this trip. We chose the hotel because of the location and price. Both were excellent when we booked, and we were very happy. When we arrived, we realised how lucky we were! The location could not be better – every time we walked outside we were wowed by being on the beautiful main square – literally outside the front door. The hotel itself was wonderful – pristine, lovely helpful staff, incredible breakfasts, lovely homely comfortable rooms. In addition, so generous! We had a bottle of Prosecco, on ice, in our room waiting for us, and drinks in the fridge were all complementary. Great personal dinner recommendations for dinner from the front of house staff. I travel a lot, and this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
