Absolutely fantastic location, the suite was great. There is a huge variety for breakfast, the eggs were delicious.

Lovely hotel in great location with very nice breakfast, ladies on reception very helpful also. Rooms were small but the beds were very comfortable and modern with clean bathrooms, even had a bottle of Prosecco in the room couldn’t fault them would highly recommend

Had a really lovely time in Kracow,having an excellent hotel to return to after sight seeing made our break all the more enjoyable.

Amazing location, right on the main square. Close to everything, plenty of bars and restaurants.
Had a beautiful room with view of the square. Bottle of prosecco on arrival – very nice touch.
Really appreciated soft drinks mini bar.
Reception staff very kind and helpful. Not a single issue throughout the stay – highly recommend Betmanowska!
