Beautiful hotel in a great location. Walk straight out into the main square and Christmas market! Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Welcome bubbles on arrival and the breakfast every morning was spot on! Lots of choice hot and cold.

Amazing hotel amazing service with a smile especially Carolina the receptionist and Andre very helpful ppl and it makes a total difference having such good ppl working there . Restaurants are very good too location fantastic

Reception Staff were friendly. Hotel room clean. Lovely touch of welcoming prosecco in room and soft drinks in fridge. Breakfast room provided cook to order cooked breakfast, pancake and eggs as well as help yourself continental breakfast. Prime location on square – everywhere easy to walk to
